Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on new & unused products within fifteen (15) calendar days after delivery to the customer.
Products must be in new condition and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on any specialty items or electronics.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We charge a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive the product return, and if your product return adheres to our Return Policy, it takes 4 to 5 business days for the credit card company to process the refund.

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Some materials are classified as Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) by Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. HAZMAT shipments require FREIGHT SHIPPING and minimum charges apply. When shipping via FREIGHT it is more economical to order at least 150 lbs. or more of product.

The rates are based on the total dollar amount ordered at one time (shown in the Cart Total column). The corresponding Shipping Cost is displayed to the right of each Cart Total amount.
