Description
DynaChem DC‑300: Honda Truckmount Workflow for Carpet Cleaning Professionals
If you’re shopping for a Honda truck mount carpet cleaner to support a professional carpet cleaning operation, the DynaChem DC‑300 is positioned as a production-ready option for working techs. The model designation calls out a 24 HP Honda engine platform and HX (heat exchanger) heat – two details that matter to businesses that want consistent results and repeatable daily workflow.
What’s Included (and what isn’t)
This unit ships as the truckmount only. Hoses, wands, reels, shelving, and other accessories are added separately. If you want to build a complete rig at the time of purchase, talk to one of our knowledgeable staff members about adding accessories at 10% off.
Installation Requirements (important)
Truckmounts require installation. For Cobb Carpet Supply to install the unit, the process typically includes: dropping the vehicle fuel tank to tap it for the truckmount motor, drilling and securing the truckmount to the vehicle floor so it won’t move, and running wiring from the battery to power the starter. If you add hose reels or shelving, additional floor mounting (drilling/anchoring) is also required.
Warranty and Support
Cobb Carpet Supply warranties the tank and heat exchanger for 1 year. The engine, blower, and pump are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Lead Time and Freight Shipping
Cobb Carpet Supply typically has one to two units in stock at any given time, depending on the engine option (Honda or Kohler). Truckmounts ship via freight. Shipping cost depends on where it’s going, whether a liftgate is needed, and whether delivery is to a business or residence.
Product Use Cases
• Daily route work for professional carpet cleaning technicians
• Residential and light-to-moderate commercial maintenance workflows
• Shops upgrading from portable extractors to a Honda truckmount platform
Product Directions
Truckmount operation varies by configuration. Follow Cobb’s installation and startup guidance and the unit’s recommended operating procedures. Best practice: prespray as needed, allow dwell time, agitate, then rinse/extract in controlled overlapping passes.
Safety Notes & SDS
Equipment Only – an SDS applies only to the chemicals (presprays, rinses, deodorizers) used with this product. Follow label instructions, SDS, and standard safety practices for engine-powered hot-water systems. If you have any questions about proper operation, be sure to contact one of our team members for assistance.
Shipping & Returns
