Oven Cleaning Procedure
1. Arrive on site at prescribed time.
2. Understand that nothing will be cleaned up.
3. Burn yourself draping plastic on hot ovens.
4. Get greasy taking the grease filters down.
5. Rehang fallen plastic.
6. Direct all plastic to run into a trashcan.
7. Detach the roof top motor using cordless drill.
8. Spray internal with Dynachem OvenCleaner. Let Dwell, Scrub, Rinse.
9. Redrape plastic.
10. Power wash interior with warm water.
11. Redrape plastic.
12. Polish the stainless,
13. Remove the plastic.
