Description

Mytee BZ-102LX Portable Carpet Extractor for Daily Professional Cleaning

If you run a carpet cleaning business and need a reliable portable extractor for day-to-day jobs, the Mytee BZ-102LX Breeze is a smart, professional-grade choice. With 220 PSI spray pressure, it’s a strong fit for routine carpet cleaning, rinse-and-extract passes, and controlled cleaning work where you want consistent performance without the extra aggressiveness of a higher-PSI machine.

The Breeze line is popular with pros who want a portable setup that can keep up with real production work while still being practical to load, unload, and maneuver. The BZ-102LX works well for residential carpet cleaning, light-to-moderate commercial maintenance, and situations where you want a capable extractor that’s easy to deploy quickly.

For businesses that also clean upholstery, the key is using the correct upholstery tool and a controlled technique. 220 PSI gives you cleaning power while still being easier to manage for mixed job types. If your business focuses heavily on carpet or you regularly work on tougher, high-production carpet jobs, consider stepping up to a higher PSI extractor in the same family. If your jobs are more mixed (carpet + upholstery) or you prefer a more controlled pressure range, the BZ-102LX is a great place to be.

Need help choosing between this model and other portable carpet extractors? Compare PSI, vacuum/recovery performance, tank capacity, and your typical job mix. If you want a quick recommendation, call Cobb Carpet Supply and we’ll help you match the extractor to the work you actually do.

Product Use Cases

  • Daily carpet cleaning jobs (residential and light commercial)
  • Controlled rinse-and-extract work for consistent results
  • Mixed carpet + upholstery businesses (with proper tooling and technique)
  • Portable/mobile extraction setup for crews and smaller shops

Truckmount Power in a Portable
That might sound like a bold statement, but it’s the truth. Just ask anyone who’s experienced what the Breeze can do.

The source behind the Breeze’s power are two Mytee LX vacuums, producing up to 250 CFM and 182″ of water lift (about 13.4″ Hg). What’s even better is it’s producing that kind of suction at the carpet – capable of effective hose runs of 150′!

Product Directions

IMPORTANT: Always follow directions on the chemical label.

1) Fill the solution tank with water and your chosen chemical (follow the chemical label directions).
2) Pre-spray and agitate when needed, then extract in slow, overlapping passes.
3) Do a final rinse/extraction pass to improve drying and reduce residue.
4) Empty and rinse the recovery tank after each job; keep filters clean and check hoses/tools.
5) For upholstery, use an upholstery tool and controlled technique—always test on delicate fabrics.
