Truckmount Blower Size Comparison

We tested 4 Truckmounts with different sized Blowers for Vacuum Performance.
Each TM was operating direct-drive at the same 3600 RPM for you overdrive fans.
Sealed vacuum at each unit was set at the maximum stated by the blower manufacturer for that model.
Results were determined by actual vacuum levels at the wand as indicated by new 1% four decimal vacuum gauge: (Photo on webpage below)

Since the vac level was measured at the 14" Bentley wand inlet, it is closely related to the actual CFM produced at the wand lips while extracting.

The TM's were:

1. #33 Blower driven by 16 HP

2. #36 Blower driven by 18 HP

3. #45 Blower driven by 22 HP

4. #47 blower driven by 30 HP

Above is the graph of the results, with identical 100' of 2" Vac Hose & 14" Bentley Wand & Glide:

We normalized the #33 blower @ 100% for the comparison.

The #36 blower came in @ 124%.

The #47 blower came in @ 155%.

The #45 blower came in @ 173%.
