Descaling of Truckmount Instructions

Set the Dynachem TM ball valves for feed from the small float tank.
Turn off chemical feed.
Connect bypass hose to the small float tank. Turn on bypass ball valve.
Put 1/2 gallon of Dynachem Rust Remover in small float tank.
Start machine and let it idle, circulating water (with rust remover) thru the system. After 20 minutes or so, the scale should be dissolved in the heat exchanger.
Shut down the TM.
Clean out the "Y" water filter after the float tank as it will accumulate any scale that comes loose.
Disconnect bypass hose from float tank and place it on the ground.
Start TM and flush any rust remover out of the system for about 5 minutes.
