Wood Floor Spotting - Edras Salazar Torres Is there a way to remover acrylic paint from faux wood floors? Mark Markovic - Hard Surface Expert ; Inventor of Turbo Hybrid Depends on what kind of faux wood faux wood covers the Gambit of laminate, porcelain faux wood plank and luxury vinyl plank they're all very different from each other but if you have latex that's fresh it's much easier taking off with something like StainSolv or odorless mineral spirits.
If it is hard and dry that you're going to have to do something more aggressive and try not to use abrasive brushes or scrub pads or razor blades unless you know what you're doing.
Luxury vinyl plank will of course scratch and strong solvents will discolor ; dissolve the surface making it dull.
Porcelain Pho plank tile you just about can't hurt with anything.
Laminates depending on how well they're engineered can both scratch and itch from the wrong solvents. But goof-off is pretty safe for a lot of things.

Mark Markovic thanks man, dont exactly know what the customer has. She texted asking if i could remove that. I guess ill check it out.

No matter what it is it's usually not that complicated but I'm always going to every job prepared with variety of solvents and solutions.
Ethanol alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol, Cobb StainSolv, Cobb carpets POG, & Odorless Solvent. StainSolv can be extremely intrusive on vinyls so always walk in and evaluate what you have first.
Most laminates can tolerate a lot of solvents but when you go heavier to StainSolv you're getting more aggressive as well as more flammable.
